Do I need a professional inspector?
No. The platform is designed for owners to self-report. The smarter and more honest your inputs, the more accurate your Passport Score — but professional inspections aren't required to get started.
What if I don't know the answer to a question?
Every field has an “I don't know” option. The AI uses what you provide, flags what's missing, and gives you a confidence level alongside your score. You can fill in gaps over time.
How is my data used?
Your data is yours. We use anonymized aggregates to improve scoring models, but individual home data is never sold to insurers, real-estate platforms, or third parties without your explicit permission.
Does this work for condos, townhouses, or rentals?
Yes — the scoring framework adapts based on what you control. Condo owners track the interior systems they own; owner-occupied single-family homes get the full system stack.
Can I share my Passport with my insurer or buyer?
